However, if you are transitioning or need extra comfort, thin and flexible insoles or orthotics can be used temporarily. Many users with flat feet, bunions, or plantar fasciitis find success by gradually reducing orthotic use. Socks are optional they only affect the sensation, not the barefoot health benefits.

Each product page includes a size chart with foot length in centimeters. The fit is true to size, leaving room for natural toe splay. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we suggest sizing up, especially if wearing thicker socks.

Most can be machine washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle, except those with lining or vegan fur, which should be hand-cleaned.
