Still, during the transition phase or when extra comfort is needed, thin and flexible orthotics can be used temporarily. Many customers with flat feet, plantar fasciitis, or old injuries gradually reduce orthotic use with positive results. As for socks, it’s up to you wearing them doesn’t affect foot health, only the feeling of direct contact.
