Our shoes will not be structurally damaged from these environments. However, after exposing your Naturcontact barefoot shoes to saltwater or chlorinated water, rinse them thoroughly with fresh water to help prevent discoloration.

Yes, the grip design resists slipping on wet or sandy surfaces, and the increased foot mobility provided by our shoes can help prevent injury, however we recommend to be used to barefoot shoes already before using them in tennis courts.

Naturcontact shoes are 100% vegan, just a very limited part of the shoes can contain trace of animal raw material. These are not direct animal components, but processing aids based on fatty acids, where the starting materials may be of animal origin. However, we are constantly working on optimising our products and the material composition and strive to use alternatives of plant origin for our products to respect both animals and the environment.

All Naturcontact models (except the ones with inner fur which should be hand washed only) can be placed in the washing machine at 30°C on the gentle cycle. That said, it’s preferable to hand clean soiled areas with a damp cloth free of detergent. Washing the laces in a washing machine can increase fraying, so they should always be hand washed. Shipping time is 2 business days if products are immediately available on our UK warehouse (for UK based customers) or Netherlands based warehouse (for EU customers), otherwise shipping time is 5-8 days for UK based customers, 6-9 days for EU based customers and 8-12 days for US based customers and processing time is same day to 3 days, based on products and period.
